About the job
We need assistance to help our mom remain independent at home. She is friendly, likes to laugh, creative, and VERY stubborn. Mom is 93, impossibly independent, has mild/moderate cognitive decline, and doesn't always make smart decisions. She gets around on her walker and does her own hygiene but is mobility compromised. Of utmost importance for us is that the person be a vibrant, caring, and compassionate person who isn't bossy, overbearing, or controlling. We prefer someone who will do light housekeeping, get groceries, take out the trash. We might ask you to run errands now and then. Duties could also include transportation (podiatry or lab appointments, errands, etc.)
