Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Santa Barbara

About who needs care: My mother has Parkinson's disease. She moves fairly well on her own but needs help up/down stairs and someone to be around in case she falls. She is starting to experience cognitive decline, so ideally we are looking for someone who has experience working with adults with that type of condition. My mom loves walking in her garden and playing golf. About the care needs: See prior answer re: experience with Parkinson's and cognitive decline. The caregiver needs to be able to give my mom space but also understand when she's having a "bad" day and needs more direction. It is a fine line. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
