About who needs care: I'm trying to find transportation and back for a social event for my brother who had a stroke and is in a wheelchair. He would need to be picked up from the facility he's staying in and taken to downtown Fairfax, and a return journey afterwards; this is a one-time event (he has approval from the facility, and has no medical issues (other than the stroke from a year ago!) Services needed include: transportation.
