Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In San Mateo

We need hands-on care to take care of my mother in San Mateo. A few days a week, possibly more. Helping to remind her to take medication. Seeking someone to assist in light meal preparation, as meals will be ready to eat, just needing to be heated up. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Would need someone to be able to stay over night, occasionally. Schedule is flexible. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
