I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 80s. She's a sweet lady with dementia and Parkinson's who needs assistance with daily activities for her safety. She enjoys anything to do with gardening, nature programs, and Bible reading. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Some light cleaning is involved. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, Spanish speaking, has experience caring for someone with dementia and Parkinson's, comfortable with pets (1 small kitty) and CPR / first-aid trained.
