Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother

My mother is recovering from a partial hip replacement. She is doing remarkably well and is using a walker now. She needs assistance in bathing, dressing, meal prep, light housework, and companionship. She has 24 hour care with 12 hour shifts beginning at either 7 a.m. or 7 p.m. Right now we're looking for people who can sub for our caregivers when they need a day off or two. My mother was an elementary school teacher for many years and loves to read, enjoy her garden, meet and greet her neighbors and Small on PBS. We pay from 30 - 35 dollars per hour.
