Companion Care Needed For My Mother In San Jose- Stroke Recovery

Seeking care near San Jose for my mother in her 70s. Medication management is required. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping and diaper changing. Please have experience assisting with feeding. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. The stroke has affected her right side so her hand does not grab, and she needs assistance getting from bed to wheelchair. She is cooperative, and loves music, and talking. She also has Aphasia due to the stroke.
