Companion Care & Transportation Needed For My Dental Appointment

I have a Dental appointment on Thursday, December 12th at 8 a.m. I need a care provider to pick me up at 7:30am, and drive to my Dentist and check me in for my appointment. I will be heavily medicated before the procedure so I need for my care provider to be attentive on pick up to the appointment. It's not required for you to wait while I got through the procedure, but it is required for you to sign me in and sign me out. The procedure should take about 2 hours, 3 hours tops, but I will pay for 4 hours just in case. With that in mind, I will pay $50 for each hour for 4 hours, so $200 in total. you are available to provide care on December 19th, 2024, from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thanks
