Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In San Jose

I need a senior care provider with experience in Alzheimer's and Dementia. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting/ Management, Mobility Assistance, Dressing, Meal Preparation, Companionship. Duties include getting him ready and dressed in the morning, brushing his teeth, giving medication, meal preparation, assist in going to the restroom and walking, providing companionship and social interaction. Spanish speaking preferred.
