About who needs care: My dad needs help with preparing meals. All the meals need to be pureed. He has Cream of wheat, coffee, and water for breakfast. He dresses himself, walks using a walker and uses the bedside toilet. He wears diapers. After breakfast he sits in his recliner the rest of the day. He has exercises for his arms and legs. The caregiver would give the instructions. He wears hearing aids and can not see very well. About the care needs: Good listener. He loves to talk about traveling around the country and Canada. He is a huge football fan. Not much baseball and basketball. The commode would need to be emptied regularly. He goes about every hour. My sister is able to get him dinner and spend the night.
