About the job
We are looking for a female private caregiver to take care of my father who is living in a memory care facility in San Francisco (southern SF, easy access from 101 and 280). He is 87 years old and has Parkinsons and Parkinson's related dementia. Some of the things he needs assistance with are getting dressed, bathing, shaving, going to the restroom, and getting in and out of a wheelchair. We are currently looking for a caregiver that can work from 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. one day a week, either Saturday, Sunday or Monday and who will also be able to coordinate with our two other caregivers that work the other days of the week to cover for each other when necessary. Since my father is in a facility, they have additional requirements, which include a background check with fingerprinting, proof of Covid vaccination and TB test clearance.
