About who needs care: My mother lives alone downtown SF, 94111 and has macular degeneration (is going blind.) She has high blood pressure and is pretty deaf too. Memory problems are beginning. She's weak and uses a walker but prefers to shower and wash up independently. Help with medicine, meal prep (good cooks appreciated), short walks, run errands./shopping, light housekeeping, . Because my mother's hearing is so bad, she needs someone with clear English. *Please don't apply if you cannot communicate clearly without a strong accent.* About the care needs: Friendly, patient, knowledge of memory care, but mostly should be VERY clearly understood, articulate clearly and slowly without a strong accent because she is very deaf.
