We are seeking a compassionate, responsible, and reliable individual to provide immediate part-time home elderly care to an elderly dementia patient in San Francisco Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and diaper changing. Assist with medication management and ensure timely administration. Prepare and serve meals, adhering to any dietary restrictions. Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being. Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing. Monitor the health and well-being of the individual, reporting any concerns to family members. Accompany the individual to medical appointments or social outings, as needed. Experience with Dementia, diabetes and long term care is a must!
