Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In San Francisco

About who needs care: My mother and father live together at an assisted living facility, but we need caregivers to supplement. My mother has mid-stage Alzheimer's. She is calm, happy, and friendly for the most part, but needs help redirecting sometimes, as well as companionship to keep her busy. The assisted living is handling showers. My dad has Parkinson's and sometimes needs help preparing food. He needs a lot of rest so the care would mostly be for keeping my mom occupied. About the care needs: Someone who is gentle, compassionate, and patient. My mom is very trusting but doesn't respond well to commands that come across as "bossy." We are looking for someone who is go-with-the-flow and can give her some easy tasks to "help" with every day. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
