Seeking Daily Senior Care Provider In San Francisco

I need a senior caregiver, preferably someone who has experience with elderly fatigue, instability/balance, and reduced stamina, as well as elderly hearing loss, elderly memory loss, and difficulty swallowing. My father's care needs: Medication Prompting; Mobility Assistance; Meal Preparation; help with eating (swallowing issues). My father lives with a dear friend (in her home), who is physically capable and very kind, but she has issues with memory loss. She may repeatedly ask why a care giver is needed for my dad.
