Hi I have a spinal cord injury, restricting me to a wheelchair. I require a career to work on a shift pattern, two weeks on, two weeks off at 200 per day. I require help in the morning for 2 hours (8. 30 to 10. 30), and about 30 minutes in the evening (! 0. 30 to 11pm), plus availability for rare requests for ad-hoc help. Tasks required include handling patient with Hoyer lift transfers, assisting with physiotherapy activity, toileting including bowel management, bathroom/shower assistance, some general assistance with day-to-day tasks, occasional food preparation.
