Companion Care Needed For My Loved One In San Diego

We need companion care to take care of my loved one in San Diego. The person is bilingual in English and Tagalog, and in need of care is blind, wheelchair bound but unable to propel self, is able to transfer self to use the restroom and is continent. Assistance with medication and wheeling to the restroom. We're looking for some help preparing meals, doing the shopping and light housekeeping. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
