Companion Care Needed For My Grandmother In San Diego

Help needed for my grandmother 91-year-old grandmother - seeking full-time companion care. The ideal match will meet the requirements below. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Looking for someone to take the senior out of the house to do small activities such as walking around the neighborhood/parks, backyard and maybe even meals at a table in the backyard so the caregiver can shower and get small and large tasks done in and around the home. Would like to have someone reliable and who can build a relationship/routine with her.
