Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In San Diego

About who needs care: Parents are both in their 80s, mother is recovering from a hospital state but is almost completely better needs a bit of assistance with personal tasks and Medical appointments late housekeeping. Father is retired physician cognition intact. Has macular degeneration/low vision needs a bit of spotting and help preparing meals and transportation. Looking forgive-in help for my parents, even if only part of the week. Live in would have own bedroom privacy etc.. and would also be accompany and helped by a very good friend who helps my parents during the weekdays until about five and a few hours on the weekend sometimes.. so there would be reinforcements during many hours.
