About the job
I need senior care provider with experience for very pleasant dad. Lives in Del Mar Heights with nice knowledgeable daughter who will be there. May be going out to visit relative for lunch and caretaker would come along to assist with w/c to car transfer. Meal included for caregiver on excursions. Our care concerns are: Fall Prevention, Mobility Transfer Assistance, Assistance with ADLs, crushing meds to put in applesauce with oversight from daughter, gets up for meals and exercise, wears condom catheter at night only needs minimal assistance putting on and taking off catheter and empty urine bag, Not incontinent No dementia (In addition need shift covered 12/24 1-9:30 pm) May need additional shifts covered in the future Holiday pay to be discussed with daughter
