I'm a 28-year-old easygoing C5-C6 quadriplegic who needs help two days a week! I live downtown and have free parking in my building for you to use. Here's my general routine for those two days: Thursday: Come in and help me change my external catheter, get dressed, get into my manual wheelchair, and finish with some light cleaning (mainly putting stuff away). Friday: Easy bowel program and shower followed by the steps described above.
