About who needs care: We need someone to come to do daily irrigations for my father's catheter - it keeps clogging. We only need the person to come in to do the irrigation - so it could be something that someone comes to do on their way to work a shift elsewhere. I believe we have flexibility regarding the actual time of day. It also doesn't have to be every day but probably 4-5 days a week.
