Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In San Diego

About who needs care: She is mostly in a chair but can stand up for transfers but cannot walk, because of a drop foot and neuropathy, diabetes, incontinent (wears a adult diaper need assistance, degenerative disease in the spine so cannot support her weight and cannot walk unassisted. Has high blood pressure, COPD and asthma. She is a fantastic artist (painter) she loves day trips outside to parts and beaches to watch nature, loves to go to the library and tending to her many household plants). We need a caregiver to get her up in the mornings, bathed, dressed, meds and breakfast. Change the linens and light housekeeping and prepare her lunch, clean up dishes and take out trash. She loves arts and crafts and does love driving around and sometimes has appointments she needs to get to. Making and receiving calls from family members and friends. About the care needs: Must be conversational and cheerful, polite and caring. My aunt is from Midwest and has that Midwest personality very smart and educated, but also social she needs interaction. Must be able to transfer her from her chair to the bed and back. She also has a transfer in the bathtub. She can assist in standing but we need someone there to assist. No specific hobbies or interests. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
