About the care needs: He needs someone very flexible and patient who has experience with someone with declining memory. Caregiver should have a tough skin as he can be critical at times. Caregiver should have strong communication skills and be able and willing to update family regularly on his well-being. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
