About who needs care: Pt is bed bound, Does not usually desire to get out of bed. But can with hoyer. Alert and oriented x 4, needs help with personal care mis morning and early evening. Resides with husband does not need care he is able to provide meals for pt, laundry etc. may need help putting clothes away, make beds take trash out. Light kitchen cleaning. About the care needs: These are very proud and private people. Have been very reluctant to have workers in their home. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
