Looking for some help for weekly or twice a week changing of bed linens and bathing of my bed bound mother. She is set in her ways and will reject someone pushy with recommendations she does not like. If you go with the flow of what she wants, it will be fine. Open to paying more for the right person. Must be ok with shorter shifts.
