Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Riverside

I looking for someone to give me a break one Monday a week from caring for my dad. I play backgammon in Orange County and this runs from early afternoon to as late as 11 p.m. He requires assistance getting to and from the bathroom, bedroom, or living room. He requires a little assistance transferring to and from the wheelchair and getting off the toilet. If he falls asleep he is incontinent and needs diaper change and cleaning. Doing a little laundry and changing bedding would be helpful. Otherwise not much else required as he spends most of his time watching TV or napping. Food can be delivered. He smokes so a caregiver would have to be tolerant to smoke although we have an air purifier and there is a separate room away from smoke to pass the time. Covering an occasional Sunday would be helpful but not necessary.
