About the job
I will need a live-in home care provider who is experienced in caring for people with Alzheimer's / Dementia. The client is for my husband who is in his 70s. I live at home with him. Positive companionship and a caring approach is key. He is mobile and cheerful, but needs assistance with all activities: Personal care, dressing, eating, some meal preparation, giving medication, etc. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. We might ask you to run errands now and then. We ask that you handle transportation as needed. Caregiver must be a non-smoker and comfortable with dogs.
