We are currently looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and offer exceptional care to an physically active 84-year-old stroke survivor who is navigating life with some cognitive challenges and being a widow. Our ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, compassionate and outstanding communication skills. We are looking for someone open to - working on and following through with strategies put in place as a part of her care team. -who will play a vital role in assisting with ADLs & will facilitate exercise routines. -who will encourage independence and provide transportation to various appointments. By collaborating closely with the primary caregiver, you will help create a proactive, structured, consistent, and engaging environment balanced out with fun and joyful activities. And enjoys dogs and thrive in family environment.
