About who needs care: Limited mobility. She is usually on wheelchair but can get out of it by herself. Most of it will be in house care. Sometimes, she likes to go out to the grocery store twice a week to get fresh air, otherwise, there are no hospital visits except blood test visit every 2 month. She is usually cognitive and doesn't exercise any unruly behaviors. Very easy to deal with.
