About the job
Looking for a kind, self motivated encouraging caregiver for my mother who is recently had a stroke 2 months ago. She is diabetic with high blood pressure. She originally lost mobility on her right side but has gotten significantly stronger with physical therapy. She can maneuver herself with a walker but is a fall risk. We are looking for someone 3-4 days a week to help her stay clean and motivated. She needs help being bathed well, hygiene meals and medication reminders. An important aspect we are looking for is a coach/motivator to take her on walks, do exercises, keep her mind going etc. light housekeeping work including her laundry, cleaning after her meals, grocery put away etc.
