About who needs care: Rob has Alzheimer's and he is just moving into the middle stage. Poor short term memory, great ability still to write, and LOVES to talk/chat. He also likes to take walks. He could sit-or-walk and TALK for hours. No other hobbies at this point. These talking and walking/hiking have been his favorite things for 30 years. He is also smart, and was an attorney before his retirement. About the care needs: Only female caregivers. Someone positive, good conversationalist, takes good care of herself, calm and well-adjusted, treats Rob as an equal, but is there to help him. Rob is a kind man. He's a bit shy, but agreeable and positive about his situation. He is very loved by his family, 3 adult kids and four grandkids. And me, a living wife for 50+ years. Services needed include: transportation, and companionship.
