Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Petaluma

About who needs care: My mom has Alzheimer's disease and needs assistance with getting in and out of bed, using her walker, the restroom, bathing, dressing, cooking, laundry, remindgs of medication, and being next to her mostly all day long. She is a fall risk if let alone in an unsafe position. She mostly sits in her recliner watching TV, listening to music on her tablet, looking at family pictures, can comb her hair with handheld mirror. Typically would recommend asking her to go for walk to her room to use the bathroom every few hours, or try pedaling on leg exercise while sitting on recliner or get fresh air outside. About the care needs: Pleasant, conversational, polite, happy smiling personality Since mom is not aware of her surroundings at times and her mental state is slow to understand and declines she need short one sentence simple commands to encourage her when to get up and walk to the bathroom, etc. She can get up a walk but need to use walker then hold her hands to get her in he right place or spot to sit, etc. She can also at times get up and walk on her own if not watching her. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
