About the job
Strong caregiver needed for my husband. Fairly recent hip replacement and needs to get back walking. Also found he's anemic so he's started iron supplements. Need someone who has excellent transfer and ambulation experience. He is a voiceover actor. I need help making sure he's walking safely till he gets stronger. Needs help with changing Depends and showering. He's 170 lbs., 5'10'. Cognitive issues. May have Lewy Body Might have mood swings & become agitated; need experience with dealing with this. Heavy lifting help when he's having trouble standing/ transferring. Hours approx 10AM-9 p.m. Kind and patient please. He likes doing as much as he can for himself. Likes talking about his acting career. Would like to find someone who really talks to him as he enjoys conversations. We have a dog and cats so please no allergies.
