About who needs care: very unsteady on her feet due to foot myopathy. Doesn't eat a lot because of appetite issues, so has dizziness and falls sometimes. Has had a history of alcoholism as well. About the care needs: needs help with bathing and meal prep. Also may need help with light housework or shopping. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
