Walking exercise for 15 minutes, then on line activity. 4. Lunch low salt, soft diet. 5. nap at 2 p.m. About the care needs: Speaks Pilipino, cooks Philippine dishes, patient personality, good listener. Does not need to be certified caregiver but has basic medical knowledge. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
