Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Oroville

Seeking hands-on care near Oroville for my father in his 80s. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. We are uncertain the level of care that will be needed just yet. He recently had pneumonia and when ready to return home from rehab got sepsis. Currently back in rehab. He has skin cancer on shin and eventually will need some assistance with wound care. Its uncertain degree to which he will regain some strength and mobility. Prior to pneumonia and sepsis he was living independently though some things were getting more challenging.
