Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Orangevale

I am looking for someone to help my elderly mom take care of my handicapped sister. She mainly needs 1-2 hrs every morning. My sister is 57 with cerebral palsy-type disability. She needs help getting up out of bed and going in the morning, bathroom trips, changing adult diapers, and showering a couple of times a week. This involves bodylifting and aiding with walking. Must live locally with transportation and have experience with disabled adults/special needs. She does not communicate or understand anything.
