Live-in Home Care Needed For My Mother In Oceanside

I'm looking for live-in home care for my mother in her 90s. I'm looking for some help preparing meals mostly microwave. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with an elderly cat. My mother has some dementia but is lucid. She likes to laugh. She uses a walker and does her walk every day. She takes no medication, only vitamins daily. She likes to play a simple card game. She is outgoing.
