Job Duties - Provide direct care to residents - Assist the residents with self administration of medication - Assure that each resident receives substantial and appropriate attention daily - Observe resident conditions and behaviors, documenting significant issues as they occur and notifying the Administrator - Create a safe, therapeutic, and home-like environment - Perform cooking and housekeeping duties - Perform other duties assigned by the Administrator Qualifications - At least 18 years of age - High School Diploma or GED - Two-year experience working with the Developmentally disabled - Fingerprint clearance and criminal record clearance - TB Test and Health Screening not older than 6 months - Valid CA Driver's License - First Aid/CPR certified - DSP1 and DSP2 Certifications Preferred (Company can sponsor certifications)
