I don't think I need care beyond pickup but my medical facility requires that I have a responsible adult pick me up. The date of the procedure has not been determined yet. Willing to pay a flat fee that includes mileage and hourly rate. About the care needs: nothing in particular. Someone who can talk to the nurse to arrange pickup. Services needed include: transportation.
