Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Oakland

Hi! I am a queer/trans paraplegic in my early 30's. I am an artist, I love plants, laughing, and snuggling with my sweet cat. I live alone, work from home, and am mostly independent, but could use help with laundry, grocery shopping, light meal prep, and getting my trashcans out on trash day, along with the possibility of the occasional lift (I am 120lbs and this would be infrequent.) I would love for someone to come in twice a week for 3-4 hours a day. (I am fexible w days and times, though Wed. is trash day) I am immuno compromised and need someone who is practicing covid safety. I will be asking in depth questions and will require you to mask, as well as particitpate in ongoing conversations about your exposures and safety practices.
