About who needs care: My dad is getting released from a post Acute center. He has cognitive problems and needs help remembering to take medication and with things around the house, showering, and physical activity. He was recently diagnosed with terminal cancer and few other health conditions and needs help getting to appointments when I can't take him. About the care needs: Someone compassionate, gentle, and patient. Extensive experience with senior care. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
