Hands-on CNA Care - Dementia Patient (Weekends In Novato)

I'm looking for hands-on care for my 95-year-old mother who is generally healthy and lives in an assisted living facility. She has advanced dementia and is often confused. She is not violent but has bouts of agitation, yelling, and swatting when upset. The facility does help with bathing/dressing, meal prep . I need someone who will do showers, toileting, assist her with transferring to and from her wheelchair, help with eating, hygiene and keeping her calm. She has very poor vision but is not totally blind. The ideal person has worked in a care facility and understands how to work in a team environment with their staff and has experience with dementia patients. Must be a fluent English speaker. CNA credentials and training strongly preferred. State background check will be required.
