Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandfather In Murrieta

About who needs care: My grandpa is 92 years old and has recently started falling and very frequently while moving about the house - three times in one week two weeks ago. My grandma is 86 years old and unable to take care of him full time so we are looking for someone to just help ensure he doesn't continue to fall when getting in and out of his wheel chair in the house and can also help remind him to eat, take his medication, and have conversation. About the care needs: A caregiver we are looking for would be kind and patient as my grandpa moves slowly and has moments of slow and disconnected conversation. He enjoys playing cards and puzzles so would ideally have someone who can engage with him that way. Services needed include: transportation, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
