About who needs care: Dementia, cannot walk, incontinent, needs help with daily hygiene, needs lift to transport to and from bed to wheelchair (overweight so care giver needs to be able to lift 300 lbs with medical devices), needs minimal meal prep and clean up (mostly lunch and sometimes breakfast and dinner). About the care needs: Personality has to be patient and kind. Needs to know how to use lift, needs experience with cleaning someone bed bound, needs experience with dementia and redirecting attention. Should be interested in talking and listening (my grandmothers mind is still very active). Needs to be a woman caregiver. Absolutely has to be patient.
