Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Marina Del Rey

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 80s. Needs to be lifted from a bed to chair and rehabilitate after a hospital stay that has made him extremely weak. Currently has one care giver already, but she is not able to manipulate him from bed to chair.
