Care. com is where I found my mom's current care giver for Monday thru Friday and we just love her! Now, I'm looking for someone to take care of mama on Saturday & Sunday. Her current care giver wants the weekends off (we don't blame her). I'm currently taking care of mama on the weekends for the past couple of years and would like someone to help take care of mama on the weekends. But you'll need to be employed with IHSS. Mom's current care giver wasn't at first and she loved mama that much, she joined IHSS for us. Mama is in her late stages of bvFTD. She needs help with grooming. She no longer can talk and feed herself she needs help. She also, no longer can use the restroom and her mobility is declining. She needs assistance with walking.
