Experience with Dementia Care -Familiarity with Alzheimers or vascular dementia is important. -Able to manage sundowning behaviors, agitation, and memory confusion with gentle redirection and understanding. Fluent in Spanish -Clear communication is key, the caregiver speaks Spanish, it would bring an extra sense of familiarity and comfort. Female Preferred -Due to her modesty and comfort, a female caregiver would be best suited for assisting with personal hygiene and dressing. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
