Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Los Angeles

I need a hands-on care provider experience for my mother in her 90s. Some light tidying up is involved. Some help needed with bathing. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. Needs lifting from bed to chair, wheelchair to bathroom chair and back etc Also bathroom hygiene,, change, getting dressed/undressed. Thank you.
